Head of Technical Office Services (m/f/d)

Are you looking for an exciting challenge where you can contribute your construction expertise? In our international environment, you will be responsible for the technical office service for our construction sites in the areas of scheduling, formwork, electrical, planning and construction. We are looking for an analytical and assertive person who can manage the back office with a high level of initiative and team and communication skills.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed studies (TU/FH) in the field of civil engineering / specialising in structural engineering (M.Eng., M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing., Dr.-Ing.).
• At least 8 years of professional experience in the area of responsibility
• Very good expertise in reinforced concrete/steel construction, statics, design, structural engineering and structural design
• Business fluent in German, very good knowledge of English

YOUR TASKS:

• Coordination and review of construction planning incl. structural and civil engineering, sliding construction, prefabricated construction, TGA and related areas
• Operational project management in all planning phases
• Preparation of structural calculations, e.g. for crane foundations, stairs, dowel fixings, construction aids, etc.
• Tracking the statics and plans between the planner and test engineer
• Checking the execution plans for all trades including correspondence
• Plan and planning management (plan review, participation in planning meetings)
• Supporting the construction management in drawing up obstruction and concern reports in accordance with VOB
• Interpreting engineering contracts and specifications and ensuring implementation
• Supporting the costing department in the processing of tenders
• Preparation of special proposals
