YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed commercial training with several years of experience in accounting
• Several years of professional experience in accounting in a medium-sized / internationally active company
• (Very) good HGB knowledge required, IFRS knowledge desirable
• Experience in the preparation of sales and other tax returns is desirable
• Confident handling of the Microsoft Office products Excel and Word
• (Very) good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Turkish is an advantage but not essential
• Knowledge of the construction industry would be desirable
  
  

YOUR TASKS:

• Processing current business transactions in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and asset accounting
• Carrying out payment transactions and monitoring account balances
• Preparing and finalizing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) within specified deadlines
• Support and continuous maintenance of accounting processes through permanent account reconciliation, e.g. in the area of G/L, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Active involvement in the ongoing optimization of accounting processes
• Preparation of advance VAT returns and other tax and statistical reports
