Construction progress Bonn

The structural work was completed on schedule and the finishing work is progressing rapidly. With the installation of the windows and the application of the vapor barrier on the roof surfaces, the building envelope has been tight since the beginning of the year. Now it is the turn of the facade work on the outside.

Inside, the two bridge cranes (30 tons and 5 tons) were brought in and handed over to our client.

Meanwhile, the teams are working tirelessly on the TGA installations, HVAC and electrical. The plastering work has already been completed and in drywall construction, the GK walls have been erected on one side and will soon be sealed.

The walls and ceilings are already mostly shining in white and the floor coating works have started. Soon, screed work will also be done on the floors.

Everyone involved is working hard to complete the project by the middle of this year so that the office and residential building, as well as the machine hall with the technical rooms, can be handed over to the client in turnkey condition.

It is inspiring to see how well the cooperation with the client is going. Such good, constructive and cooperative collaboration is not always a matter of course. The entire team is pulling together to make this project a success.
