Building buyer (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Obtaining and evaluating offers for construction materials, goods and services as well as supplier products
• Conducting price and contract negotiations and making purchasing decisions and awarding contracts in accordance with technical and commercial specifications
• Technical clarification of purchasing-related issues
• Participation in the preparation of tender documents and operational implementation of award schedules
• Selection, qualification and evaluation of suppliers as well as optimization and further development of purchasing processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical, trade or commercial training, studies or comparable previous experience
• First relevant professional experience in construction-specific purchasing, in particular in the areas of tendering, tender evaluation, participation in negotiations and awarding of construction services in building construction and civil engineering
• Knowledge of VOB and contracts, desirable
• Strong negotiating skills and technical interest
• Willingness to be mobile for occasional appointments on construction sites (e. g. in Berlin or Hamburg)
