Construction accountant (m/f/d)

If possible, you have relevant professional experience in the construction industry, work in a goal-oriented and responsible manner, and are able to enforce claims against the client in the context of VOB settlements? We would be delighted to have your support.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training as a structural engineering technician, graduate engineer in structural engineering, or even master craftsman training with relevant experience
• At least five years of experience in the construction industry required
• Very good analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong teamwork, communication and cooperation skills
• Willingness to travel to nationwide out-of-town construction sites at least on a daily basis
• Good iTWO and MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
• Familiarity with REB accounting programs required
• German on native language level

YOUR TASKS:

• REB-billing of construction services according to contract specifications with the software iTWO
• Support of the calculation for the quantity and cost determination in the preparation of lump sum offers
• Support of the construction management in the supplement management
• Cost estimation, cost planning and cost management
• Analysis of contract terms and conditions
• Cost forecasting at the end of construction
• Preparation of tender documents, contracts, budgets and other documents
• Tender management including preparation of specifications, contract terms and conditions and compilation of tender documents
• Evaluation of construction services
• Complaints and dispute management
• Quantity control NU and supplier invoices
