Site Manager (m/f/d)

You manage challenging construction projects from the bidding phase through the construction phase to completion and acceptance. You have several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the execution of construction projects. You have sufficient management experience and are able to motivate your construction site team to achieve optimum performance in terms of work safety, quality, deadlines and cost-effectiveness. We expect you to have a pronounced cost awareness and to be able to use the available controlling instruments to reliably assess and control your construction site.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed studies in civil engineering, a comparable course of study or technical training
• Several years of professional experience in handling challenging construction projects
• Experience abroad with good knowledge of the English language would be an advantage
• Experience in the areas of costing, VOB and contracting
• A sense of responsibility and cost awareness, goal orientation, assertiveness as well as organizational and negotiating skills
• Good knowledge of construction-specific application software, preferably in RIB iTWO
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and MS-Project
• High level of decision-making and motivation
• Independent, flexible and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team as well as carefully, economic thinking, high quality standards
• Entrepreneurial, customer and cost-oriented thinking and acting

• Independent result- and quality-oriented construction and project management
• Work preparation as well as preparation and control of construction schedules
• Management of our employees and subcontractors
• Ensuring work safety, deadlines, results and quality
• Communication within the project team, with clients, authorities, experts, subcontractors and planning
• and planning participants as well as internal specialist departments
• Measurement and invoicing of construction sites
• Subcontract design and enforcement
• Claim management
