Privacy policy

Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our company. We want you to surf through our pages in an agreeable way and not encounter any unpleasant surprises.

Here you can make your privacy selection.

On our website, you might want to enter your personal data on the "Contact" page. This data will only be stored for the purpose of processing and documenting your enquiry. This data will only be passed on if this is necessary to process your enquiry. This data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Furthermore, you can also apply for a job with us using our website. This data will be processed and evaluated by us for this purpose only. After the application process has been completed, your data will be deleted or, if you are hired, transferred to your personnel file.

In addition, our internet service provider collects data in so-called log files during your visit. We receive the name of your internet service provider, your IP address, the internet page from which you came to our website, the internet pages you visit on our website and the date, time, and duration of your visit. This data is only used for statistical purposes. We do not establish a personal reference.

We use cookies to store data on your computer during your visit to our website. The data stored there are used to optimise the display of the website and makes surfing more pleasant for you. The data is not evaluated by us. You may also protect yourself from such cookies by making the appropriate settings in your internet browser.

Links to other companies

We use links to other companies on our website. When you click on these, you leave our website and are then on the website of the other companies. You can find the conditions for this in the data protection declarations of the companies clicked on. We are not responsible for their contents and their handling of data.

Use of WhatApp

We also offer you the opportunity to submit your application and / or enquiries via the chat service WhatsApp and to receive corresponding feedback on your request via WhatsApp. The operator of this service is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("WhatsApp"), a subsidiary of Facebook. Through your communication with us via WhatsApp, both we and WhatsApp receive your telephone number and the information that you have contacted our customer hotline.

The aforementioned data is also forwarded by WhatsApp to Facebook's servers in the USA and processed by WhatsApp and Facebook in accordance with the WhatsApp privacy policy, which also includes processing for their own purposes, such as improving the WhatsApp service. We would like to point out that WhatsApp may be able to access the address book of the device used and the contact data stored therein. For more information on the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing of this data by WhatsApp and Facebook, as well as related rights and setting options to protect your privacy, please refer to WhatsApp's privacy policy at: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/#privacy-policy.

We process your telephone number, your name and other data provided by you and the content of your enquiry or message only in order to process your request and to be able to answer any queries you may have.

The basis for this processing and the transmission to WhatsApp in this context is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 b) DSGVO, insofar as your request concerns an existing contractual relationship with us or serves to initiate such a contractual relationship. We take your interests into account by the fact that communication via WhatsApp only exists as an additional option. Of course, you can also contact us by other means, for example by phone call, email or via our contact form on the website. In addition, for the contact option via WhatsApp, we use a separate device where possible, in which only the contact data of the enquirers who communicate with us via WhatsApp are stored, whereby WhatsApp only receives data from enquirers who willingly use the service.

Use of buttons with links to social networks

On our website, we use buttons with links to our profiles on YouTube, LinkedIn and Xing. These buttons do not transmit any data to the aforementioned social networks. You will leave our website when you click on the buttons and will be redirected to our pages on the social networks you clicked. You will then browse on the social network selected. Depending on your settings in your browser or in the social network, personal data about you will be collected by these social networks. The conditions for this can be found in the data protection declarations of the social networks selected, for which we cannot accept any responsibility.

We have refrained from using Facebook "Like" buttons on our website, as these would already collect data about you if you have not yet clicked on these buttons. If you would like to express your liking for us using this technique, we would be happy to do so. To do so, simply click on our button with the link to Facebook. You will then find a "Like me" button on our Facebook fan page.

We refrain from integrating social media scripts for data protection reasons, as the social services use tracking methods in the background. Of course, we are happy if you like our posts on our blog and want to share them on social media. For this purpose, we have included share buttons for Twitter, Facebook and Google+ after the posts. When you click the buttons, you will receive a notice that the social media will load analysis scripts in the background to record user behaviour. Only when you agree to this will the corresponding scripts be uploaded, and the amount shared.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to ensure anonymised collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). However, this means that your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

In addition, you can prevent the collection of the data generated by cookies and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).

You can prevent the collection by Google Analytics by deselecting the item "Analytics" in the selection.

For more information on terms of use and data protection, please visit www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.
